Quantum Festival in Ulm: Experience the future on October 6th!

From October 6th to 12th, 2025, Ulm will be transformed into a center for quantum research and art. The quantum festival “quant.ulm.2025” promises to offer a unique combination of science, art and social dialogue. The birthplace of Albert Einstein not only lives up to its historical significance, but also to its claim to shed light on innovative future issues. Mayor Martin Ansbacher has taken over the patronage, and the event is organized by a number of well-known institutions, including the city of Ulm, the German Aerospace Center (DLR), the German Physical Society (DPG), the University of Ulm and the Albert Einstein Discovery Center.

The festival aims to make research and art accessible to a broad public. On the final day of the festival, October 12th, Benyamin Cohen will speak about Einstein's influence on science and there will be a lively discussion with experts. This event will be held in English and is therefore aimed at an international audience.

The Quantum Festival is a joint project supported by various foundations, research institutions and local initiatives.
