On July 3, 2025, an award ceremony for the Deutschlandstipendium took place in the Vielberth Building at the University of Regensburg. A total of 75 scholarship holders from ten nations and 38 study programs were able to take part in this special event. This scholarship was launched in 2011 to support students who expect outstanding achievements in their studies and career.
The scholarships are awarded based on various criteria: In addition to very good grades, social commitment is also recognized. Criteria and application
In order to receive a Germany scholarship, students must be among the best 10% of their peer group. For Bachelor students, this means that they must always be among the best in their group in the first three to seven semesters.
