It will take place on February 14, 2025 Regensburg University Day takes place, which offers an extensive range of activities for over 3,500 students. This event, which takes place at the shared campus of the East Bavarian Technical University Regensburg (OTH) and the University of Regensburg is carried out, aims to provide prospective students with valuable information. It starts at 8:30 a.m. and ends at 2:00 p.m. and offers an attractive supporting program.
Visitors can look forward to information about numerous study programs. Both lectures and practical laboratory visits are offered. The topics in focus include gender competence, midwifery, mechanical engineering, sustainability and the new Lower Bavaria Medical Campus. In addition, interesting tours of the library, campus and laboratories are planned. The students have the opportunity to talk directly to teachers and students.

A highlight of the event are the around 150 lectures that will be held on topics such as teacher training, biochemistry and the microtechnological high-tech clean room. Information on admission procedures and student financing rounds off the offer. Participants also have the opportunity to find out more about the different faculties and departments at information stands, including the Student Union and the Bavarian-Czech University Agency.
Digital participation is rated particularly highly this year, as many interested parties have the opportunity to conveniently follow the programs via their smartphone. Interestingly, the vice presidents of the OTH welcomed Prof. Dr. Carina Braun and Prof. Dr. Birgit Rösel, those present via video message.
University of Catholic Church Music and Music Education
