The importance of workshops for girls

Given the ongoing gender imbalance in STEM subjects, it is essential to sensitize girls to these topics at an early stage. An article by mint-connected addresses the necessity and influence of such programs, which not only impart knowledge but also strengthen the self-confidence of the participants.

Additional research shows that the use of artificial intelligence in educational contexts can help reduce discrimination and promote inclusion. In particular, considering diversity in STEM fields is crucial to improving gender representation. Studies show that workshops like the “AI Summer School 4 Girls” not only provide a theoretical basis, but also impart practical skills that are beneficial in later professional life.
