This course imparts knowledge of music physiology and music psychology and aims to incorporate prevention strategies into training. It is aimed at musicians and teachers and not only addresses the issue of dealing with one's own body perception, but also the limits of diagnostic and therapeutic measures.

Students in these programs have the opportunity to deepen their skills and gain new inspiration for making music. Students like Max, who is studying the violin, and Samira, who plays the harp, speak out in interviews. These students emphasize the importance of a healthy feedback culture and integrating the course content into their everyday lives as freelance musicians. Samira sees herself as an ambassador for the subject and would like to play an active role in shaping new professional fields in the changing classical music and cultural industry.

The mixture of theory and practical work in these training courses gives students the tools to carry out their artistic activities healthily and sustainably. This opens up new perspectives not only for the artists themselves, but also for the entire industry.
