New Partnership: Constructor University and CELT Colleges Strengthen Education in Azerbaijan!

On October 17, 2025, Constructor University from Germany and CELT Colleges from Azerbaijan signed a significant Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) in Baku. This partnership aims to promote academic tutoring and personal support for students in Constructor University's online programs.

This cooperation will make it possible to provide local tutoring and support services specifically for Azerbaijani students. The partnership combines the high academic standards of Constructor University with the CELT Colleges' 20 years of experience in tutoring and learning support.

Students benefit from subject-specific tutoring and the promotion of their academic skills. The CELT Colleges will serve as the official site of the Constructor University in Azerbaijan. Students can complete the first two years of their bachelor's program in Baku, while the third year takes place in Bremen, Germany.
