Festival fever at Bielefeld University: 9,500 celebrate at the campus event!

On June 19, 2025, the Campus Festival at Bielefeld University experienced a happy and exciting event with around 9,500 visitors. The celebrations unfolded in a smaller area around the newly renovated part of the main building. The atmosphere was energetic, characterized by music and culture presented on three stages. This diversity attracted both students and international guests.

The audience was treated to a special start: Rave Aerobics opened the main stage with a dynamic sports session. This set the tone for subsequent performances. On the Electro Floor there was the first artistic highlight with Eni Ko. The rap fans were treated to the Berlin sounds of Teuterekordz, while the band Nadu provided a good atmosphere on the Hertz 87.9 stage. Another highlight was Bibiza's performance on the main stage, which also addressed the international guests.

Diversity of artists and acts

The series of performances was remarkable and showcased a wide range of talent. DJ Dirk Siedhoff entertained the audience in front of the Electro Floor, while Rave Aerobics kept the audience active even during the renovations. The Lumpenpack caused a stir on the main stage, followed by Team Scheisse, who were the last act to appear on the Hertz 87.9 stage. The final point was set by the Berlin rapper Ski Aggu on the main stage, who rounded off the festival as a headliner.

The event was not only a musical highlight, but also embedded in logistical measures. Various parking areas were closed on Thursday, June 19th. Parking garage 2 was not accessible to visitors from 6:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. the following day. The outdoor parking spaces in Building X were also closed during this time. In order to optimize travel traffic, it was recommended to use public transport such as the tram or bus. The trains ran at different intervals to ensure smooth transport for the festival-loving people.
