Healthcare in Germany is currently facing several challenges. An aging population, changing clinical patterns and technological progress require new concepts in nursing training. Study content and practical phases
The course is characterized by a close integration of theoretical knowledge and practical experience in various areas of nursing. Evidence-based care is particularly important in oncology, cardiovascular medicine and transplantation. In addition, students have practical assignments from the first semester onwards, which give them the opportunity to immediately apply what they have learned. In the sixth semester there is the possibility of completing stays abroad.
In addition, the course prepares future nurses to support people of all ages. Optional further qualifications in master's programs are available to graduates, who can thus expand their career options. Access to the course requires at least a general or subject-specific university entrance qualification.
