The WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management has once again proven that it is one of the best universities for finance courses. According to the current edition of Financial Times Masters in Finance Ranking WHU takes first place among German universities. This is the sixth time in a row that it has achieved this top position.
In the international rankings, WHU occupies 29th place, making it one of the 70 programs analyzed worldwide. Alumni satisfaction with the Master in Finance (MiF) program is remarkably high. They rate the program 9.38 out of 10, which is an improvement compared to last year.
Excellent rating in several categories
Particularly noteworthy is WHU's improvement in the “Alumni Network” area, where it has improved by seven places and is now in third place. WHU is also well represented in the “International Course Experience” category and takes 6th place. The university's “Career Service” achieved 8th place, which is supported by the close cooperation between the WHU Career Center and the In Praxi Alumni Association.
Another notable advance can be seen in the assessment of CO₂ emissions. The WHU has improved by 38 places and is now ranked 7th, after being ranked 45th two years ago. This improvement reflects the university's considerable efforts to integrate sustainable practices into teaching, research and other activities. In an international comparison, WHU also remains stable in the overall rating, reaching 20th place, which has remained the same since 2023.
