HUMANIST Conference 2025: Innovations for barrier-free mobility!

Today, March 8, 2025, the focus is on important events in the field of psychology and traffic research at Chemnitz University of Technology. The HUMANIST Conference 2025, organized by the Chair of General Psychology and Human Factors under the leadership of Prof. Dr. Stefan Brandenburg, will take place from August 27th to 29th in Chemnitz. This conference addresses accessibility, autonomy, inclusion and efficiency in transport, especially for disadvantaged and vulnerable groups. It is aimed at professionals from various disciplines, including psychology, engineering, industry and research.

The thematic framework of the conference includes a variety of supporting formats. This includes specialist lectures, discussion rounds, interactive sessions and workshops. Participation in the program is of interest to practitioners as well as doctoral and undergraduate students. Further information about participation fees will be published on the conference website in a timely manner and the call for contributions has already been launched. Contributions in the form of extended abstracts or conference papers can be submitted until March 30, 2025.

The conference deals with innovative and intelligent mobility solutions that are important for different user groups.
