Dresden Museum Night: Discover over 45 museums until midnight!

The Dresden Museum Night is just around the corner and promises a very special cultural experienceJune 14, 2025will be more than45 museums and exhibition roomsfrom6:00 p.m. to midnightopen its doors to all visitors interested in art and history. The event is actively supported by the Technical University of Dresden (TUD), which is represented with several program items.

The Technical University of Dresden will offer tours of the exhibitions “S+T+ARTS Ec(h)o Showing” and “Sophie Lindner. Celestial Classrooms” in their Görges building. The tours take place at the times6:00 p.m., 8:00 p.m. and 10:00 p.mtake place and last30 minutes. In addition, visitors can6:00 p.m. to midnightExplore the exhibition “S+T+ARTS Ec(h)o Showing” as part of a free tour.

Special tours in the Zellescher Weg (BZW) office building

A comprehensive program will also take place in the Zellescher Weg (BZW) office building. Here anyone interested can visit the permanent exhibition and the color theory collection. A free tour is available6:00 p.m. to midnightpossible, while hourly short tours of the permanent exhibition6:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.munder the direction of Dr. Jörg Zaun are offered. These tours each last20 minutes.

Entrance fees and mobility offers

The tickets for the Museum Night allow access to all participating houses6:00 p.m. to midnight. You can also use all local transport in the Upper Elbe Transport Association (VVO).2:00 p.m. to 4:00 a.muse the following day free of charge. This ticket also entitles you to use a historic bus.

The prices for the tickets are staggered: a single ticket costs13 euros, a reduced ticket is for9 eurosavailable, and the family ticket costs28 euros(for two adults and up to four children under 14 years). Children under 6 years of age have free entry. Discounts apply to a wide range of groups of people, including schoolchildren, students, pensioners and people with disabilities.
