On Monday, October 27, 2025, the University of Erfurt a seminar entitled “Hybrid working – leadership between home office and office”. The event will take place from 2:15 p.m. to 3:45 p.m. and is aimed at academic leaders. Speaker Dr. phil. Reinhold Haller, an experienced consultant, trainer and coach, will provide inspiration for situational leadership and delegation, discuss the development of a team code and explain how to conduct online meetings. Participants also have the opportunity to suggest their own topics and introduce their ideas in a space for exchanging experiences.
