Workshop on acquiring third-party funding: Tips for researchers in Erfurt!
The University of Erfurt announces an in-person workshop on the topic of “Third-Party Funding: Peer exchange on lessons learned”. This will take place on Friday, May 23, 2025, from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. and is aimed at postdoctoral researchers and (junior) professors with application experience. The event, which will be held in English, aims to expand knowledge about third-party funding applications and provide information on specific requirements and peculiarities of funding formats. The University of Erfurt reports that an exchange of participants' personal experiences is also planned.
The participants are asked in advance about their expectations and interests in order to adapt the content of the workshop as best as possible. The workshop speaker is Dr. Benjamin Sippel, who works as a research officer in the Research and Transfer Service Center at the Friedrich Schiller University Jena. Further information about the event and registration can be found on the university website.
