ESMT is known for its Executive Transition Program (ETP), which has existed for over 20 years and has trained more than 500 executives from 52 countries. This program lasts 18 days and is spread over seven months, comprising three face-to-face modules. Participants have the opportunity to acquire an official postgraduate diploma and benefit from an intensive exchange of leadership strategies and ideas.
Modular structure of the program
The ETP relies on a modular concept that is oriented towards the needs of modern managers:
The ETP not only offers valuable learning experiences during the modules, but also the opportunity for annual networking at alumni events to strengthen and develop the voices of future leaders.
