DraCor Summit 2025: Experience digital drama research up close in Berlin!

The “Drama Corpora Project” (DraCor) has established itself as a central resource for research into European drama literature. It offers over 4,000 plays in 22 languages ​​available free of charge and is particularly aimed at researchers in the digital humanities who want to analyze and study these dramas. As the Free University of Berlin reported, the “DraCor Summit 2025” will take place in Berlin from September 1st to 5th, 2025. The event is organized by the Professorship for Digital Humanities at the Free University of Berlin and the Network for Digital Humanities at the University of Potsdam. What is particularly noteworthy is that over 50 scientific publications based on DraCor data have been published worldwide since the beginning of 2024. This underlines the relevance of the project in the academic landscape and its role as a pioneer of an open science infrastructure.
