On July 9, 2025, an important exchange meeting for scholarship holders of the German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD) who had recently arrived in Germany took place in Berlin. BTU doctoral student Freda Adiali from Ghana was among the selected participants at the meeting. She researches the topic “Innovations at the Grassroots: A Socio-economic Transformation of Agri-Food Systems in Ghana” and emphasizes that she chose Germany and BTU in particular because she is convinced of their high level of education and the ideal conditions for her research discipline.
