Valuable tips for trade fair visitors
Job fairs like the one at Constructor University are a proven opportunity for students to make initial contacts and prepare for their careers. They offer an excellent platform for internships, theses and career starters. However, finding the ideal employer can be challenging, as companies often have specific requirements for their future employees and are also interested in soft skills.
Preparation is crucial for success at the career fair. An agile and professional first impression can be achieved through appropriate clothing and a well-groomed appearance, with a business look being recommended. Personal contact makes it possible to clarify questions about application periods or topics for final theses. Trade fair catalogs also offer the opportunity for targeted preparation.
The event at Constructor University shows how important direct contacts between students and company representatives are and highlights the relevance of such trade fairs in today's working world. A similar commitment can also be made with the jobwunder career fair can be observed at the Technical University of Berlin, which addresses a similar target group and also offers students direct exchange with experienced HR professionals as well as a lecture program.
Overall, the high number of participants at the Constructor University career fair shows that the need for such platforms where young talent and companies come together remains unbroken.
