Saarland University invites you to this year's Open Campus on May 24, 2025. The institution opens its doors on the Saarbrücken campus from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. and offers visitors the opportunity to get to know the diverse study offerings better. Around 300 events at 40 different locations will take place on campus, aimed at prospective students as well as children and young people. This extensive event claims to be an experience full of discoveries and insights.
How uni-saarland.de reported, the program will be supplemented by a special app. This not only contains the times and locations of the offers, but is also broken down by subject area and type of study advice. Particular highlights of the event are the lived science and interactive formats that both convey knowledge and encourage participation.
Diverse program items and activities
The extensive program on this day includes lectures on current research results, open laboratories and numerous hands-on activities for younger visitors. Contributions from the fields of physics, life sciences, chemistry, engineering, computer science and medicine promise a comprehensive experience.

In addition to local outreach, the university also offers guided tours of campus in English and French to provide greater access for international visitors.
