Hanseatic Hackathon 2025: Focus on innovations for the economy!
The Hanseatic Hackathon 2025, which will take place on November 14th and 15th, 2025 in the Bauforum of the Lübeck University of Technology, promises an exciting innovation platform for companies and students. Under the motto “Race of Innovations”, participants have the opportunity to develop creative and practical solutions to real business challenges in just 48 hours. A particular focus is on the application of artificial intelligence (AI), particularly through the use of large language models and AI agents, to promote the competitiveness of companies. On November 15th the event starts at 10 a.m. and ends on November 16th at 8 p.m. The hackathon is organized by CubeHanse Innovation Campus GmbH. A highlight will be the awards ceremony, which will take place on November 16th at 3:30 p.m. The interdisciplinary teams will consist of developers, company representatives, designers and other experts who will work together to develop innovative solutions, with a particular focus on generative AI such as ChatGPT UKSH supplemented.
Target groups and participation
The target group of the Hanseatic Hackathon includes both techies with programming knowledge and professionals who have creative specialist knowledge or project experience. This platform offers an ideal opportunity not only to work on exciting projects, but also to make new contacts and develop professionally. In addition to this event, the “hip conference: AI for Business” will take place on July 25, 2025 in the Heidelberg Innovation Park. This event focuses on the implementation of artificial intelligence in companies and is aimed at business owners and managers. Over 50 speakers, including Mayor Prof. Dr. Eckart Würzner, will offer lectures on various AI topics, with the focus on exchange and creation of partnerships.
